All orders will be shipped via USPS, allow 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment from the date of purchase. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

At Urban Duck, we want you to love your new bag, however, we understand that sometimes you change your mind. Our bags can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the original item delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We begin processing orders immediately and are not able to cancel or make changes.
